IHPSO - International Human Potential Standards Organization is the organizational and brand name under which Biohack Global Holdings LLC develops and provides Professional Standards, Core Education, Professional Membership, Registry, credential verification and related services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Biohack Global Holdings LLC is the contracting entity for paid IHPSO services.

IHPSO is an independent private organization.
IHPSO is not:
- a governmental authority
- a statutory regulator
- a public licensing authority
- a professional licensing body
- a governmental accreditation agency
IHPSO Professional Membership, Professional IDs, Registry entries, Certificates, Badges or other IHPSO credentials do not constitute a governmental licence or statutory authorization and do not expand any Professional's legal Scope of Practice.
Professionals remain responsible for complying with the laws, regulations, professional rules and licensing requirements applicable to their own activities and jurisdiction.
